A great dog if you were an older person looking for companionship. He was house trained, good on a leash, calm when in the house and around 3-4 years old. He enjoyed walks, and even a romp through the field, but also loved to be lazy and curl up on a couch for a snuggle with his human. He would also have made a good pet for a first time dog owner. A super sweet guy, he is now sharing quarters with a human couple and an older, beautiful Sheltie / Border Collie mix named Woo. Happiness

Here is the latest Buddy update: "
It's been almost two weeks now since Buddy came into our lives, and every day gets better and better for him. We solved the sleeping problem: we bought him a bed and put it at the foot of our bed and he has since slept like a baby not moving a muscle, so we all sleep now. He is going for a long off leash run with his dad every afternoon, and a walk with his sister and dog friend every morning here at home. He is giving us kisses, and slowly coming out of being SO scared. We have decided he just doesn't put food at the top of his list, but we manage to get at least a cup down him every day, and if we are lucky a cup and a half. We just love Buddy, and are so glad we went back to the Adaptathon and adopted him."
