Although not quite a year old, she was learning to sit, walk on a leash, and wait. Lots of fun, and full of energy. A great companion. Oh, and did we mention that she was deaf? After temporary accommodation with Fred and Rita, Marlee was fostered by Laura and her daughter Jasmine. Finally, Marlee was introduced to Teresa and Jeremy, who researched at DeafDogs.com and the DDEAF (Deaf Dog Education Action Fund) to learn the responsibilities of adopting a deaf dog; at the next BAM Adoptathon, the family [4] made their commitment.
