Rebel is 2-3 years old, neutered, alpha dog but does not hurt other dogs — may growl at them occasionally — current on his shots (including rattlesnake). Owner needs to move and cannot take him. He's a sweet dog believed to be a Husky/Chow mix. Not a barker.
